On December 1, 2015, China International Maritime Exhibition (referred as the Maritime Exhibition) opened at Shanghai New International Expo Center.
As a supplier that supplies whole series for all applications, Weichai not only exhibited 32/40 marine diesel engine, 6M33 and CW250 primary engines and marine gen-sets (gas engine set, diesel engine set) on the Maritime Exhibition, it also debuted Linde's marine hydraulic systems to highlight Weichai's status as the supplier that supplies whole series for all applications.
Weichai 32/40 marine diesel engine
The series mainly consist of 16/24, 21/31, 27/38 and 32/40 models, with the power range of 500kW-9000kW. With high reliability, low maintenance costs, and excellent automated safety monitoring devices, the series now has been widely used in various marine vessels, transport ships, engineering ships, official boats, fishing boats and so on.
Baudouin 6M33
At the exhibition, Weichai's newly developed Baudouin 6M33 also attracted many attention. The engine body is made of cast iron with high strength and good cooling effect. The full-copper sea water pump, coolant, and oil pipeline emergency joint could ensure reliable operation of the diesel engine. Meanwhile, the optimal matching of the engine air intake and fuel systems could reduce engine fuel consumption. Baudouin 6M33 is widely used in fishing, transport ships, engineering ships, speed boats and power generation.
CW250 series diesel engine
As the new diesel engine that Weichai developed, designed and manufactured, CW250 has the power range of 992kW-1960kW, which is the ideal power for fishing vessels, transport ships and engineering ships.
Weichai marine gen-set: stable, safe, and efficient
At the exhibition, Weichai also exhibited 30kW, 90kW and 200kW marine gen-sets. Take the 30kW gas gen-set for an example, it uses the advanced gas mixing control system to monitor and get feedbacks from water temperature and oxygen sensor through ECU, so that gen-sets could be more reliable. The engines reach IMO Stage II emission level, fully meeting international emission regulations.

Weichai's booth at the Maritime Exhibition included high pressure open and closed pumps, high pressure motors, load sensing valves and a variety of Linde marine hydraulic systems, attracting many attentions as well.
Linde marine hydraulic systems are widely used in crane, steering gear and other marine supporting areas.
