Recently, the Central Committee of Chinese Communist Youth League issued "Decision on the Nomination of National Youth Civilization Model of 2013 - 2014" in recognition of a number of "National Youth Civilization Model" organizations. Simulation Division of Weichai Engine Technology Research Institute won the award.
Currently, young workers under the age of 35 accounted for 90% in the Simulation Division. Since its establishment, this division has paid close attention to the construction of group organization. Taking advantage of the high education level, flexible thinking, and the ability to accept things fast of young people, they guided the members of the Youth League to make important contributions in the development of the division and the institute.
