After graduating from the university in 2006, Hao Feng became a salesman in Weichai Import and Export Corporation for European and Latin American region. In just two years, Hao Feng had quickly become a key member of the business team, since nothing was as important as the customers to Hao Feng. In order to clear doubts on the product and offer the customer with an answer, Hao Feng would go to the workshop to actually examine the engine late at night for first-hand information. Today, many customers know that finding Hao Feng will always guarantee the solving of the problem as soon as possible. It is with the dedication, Hao Feng won the respect and recognition from customers.
After years of marketing and close contact with customers, the Italian market Hao Feng was responsible for had more understanding of the Weichai brand. In 2009, Hao Feng and his team succeeded in introducing the CW200 generating set to the Italian market, and eventually established more than 20 biofuel power plants in Italy. It did not just gather information for Weichai to enter the new field, but also became a classic case of the industry.
During that time, Hao Feng and technical staff travelled back and forth every day between these 20 power plants in Italy. In his words, he is either on his way to solve a problem, or he is actually solving the problem. Up to now, most of these plants had run 5000-20000 hours in good conditions. The reliability of Weichai engines and service of Weichai got unanimous recognition and reputation from the Italian government and customers.
The foreign home
With Hao Feng's efforts in Latin America and Europe, news of success could be heard time to time. But behind this, it is hardships that lots of people cannot imagine.
Hao Feng had been resident in overseas markets for over seven years, and the average time he spent overseas every year was more than seven months. Children 5 years old, Hao Feng never got to spend any time with his 5-year old kid like other fathers did. children grow up. Similarly, Hao Feng had never been able to share the same family fun with his parents as other people had. In 2008, Hao Feng's mother had a surgery. He held the laptop at his mother's bedside computer for three days, before returning to work.
On February 5 this year, two weeks away from the Spring Festival, Hao Feng was in Weifang participating in the Overseas Dealer Conference. His family thought that they could finally have the opportunity to have a reunion, but Hao Feng flew back to Turkey right after the event.
"Turkey is an important part of Weichai's international strategic layout, and we need a major breakthrough this year!" This is what Ha Feng told his family.
By the end of 2014, Hao Feng led his team to have Weichai Turkey Company incorporated, as well as having established a free trade zone warehousing. This gradually finalized the coverage of Turkish, European, and North African markets. Hao Feng did not get the chance to spend the Spring Festival of 2015 with his family, but his achievement was enough to make him proud: At the Turkey exhibition, Hao Feng and his team sold more than 20 units of 170 marine engine sets worthy of nearly a million dollars. It created a new growth point and had a good radiation influence to the surrounding area. Dealers of neighboring countries continued visiting to study. At the same time, he also successfully signed and order of six 12M26 land-based engines, providing a successful application case of introducing new products to new markets.
