Ⅱ Application requirements
1. Education: bachelor degree or above (the position in charge of technology requires a doctorate degree)
2. Age：born after January 1, 1975.
3. Working experiences：one of the following conditions must be met:
a) with more than 5 years of experience as a middle-to-senior management in large group companies, such as global top 500 or a top 3 in related industries;
b) with more than 3 years of experience as senior management in large or medium-sized state-own, private, foreign enterprises or main subsidiaries thereof.
4. Personal qualities: a high degree of political and professional ethics, excellent quality, ability and development potential, and adequate coordination and communication abilities.
5. English proficiency: ability to communicate in English as working language.
6.It is required to comply with the Company’s arrangements, working in Weifang, Shanghai, Xi'an, Chongqing, Yangzhou, or KION， Linde Hydraulics and Aradex in Germany, Ferretti in Italy, Ceres in UK, PSI in USA, Baudouin in France, Ballard in Canada, and VDS in Austria, etc.
7. The requirements may be appropriately relaxed for domestic and foreign academic leaders with significant influence in the fields of commercial vehicles, internal combustion engine power systems, new energy power systems, and intelligent connections.
