Tan Xuguang said that the core of KION and Dematic's development of the Chinese market is to realize localized design, localized procurement, and localized production. They should synergize with the industrial resource advantages of Shandong Heavy Industry Group, accelerate the construction of R&D centers, and make products suitable for China's market. KION and Dematic’s Jinan factories are important support for the realization of the strategy of "China as the second hometown". The KION forklift project that has been put into production must quickly achieve a breakthrough in scale, and the Dematic project must be completed and put into use on schedule.
